Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
– Items marked as final sale
– Gift cards
– Items that show signs of wear or use

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@paperamerch.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International orders

International orders are eligible for returns under the same conditions; however, customs duties, taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
